Director of Ceylon Consolidated and wife of Chairman Deshamanya Lalith Kotelawala, Sicille Kotelawala plays a key role in the Group's progress. Realising the importance of her privileged travels abroad Sicille Kotelawala displayed Sri Lanka 's export potential in gems, diamonds and tourism. Sicille Kotelawala has been and still is a pillar of strength to her husband, as he lays the foundation of his business empire by resurrecting troubled companies. Her passionate involvement with dance and her role as Ambassador of Sri Lanka's culture and potential to all corners of the world, led to her being appointed as the Honorary Consul-General for Cyprus. She was also appointed Counselor in Belgium , in 1998, by decree of his Majesty Albert II, King of the Belgians.

As an Attorney-at-Law and fellow member of the Institute of Credit Management , she brings her wealth of legal and financial expertise. During her career of over 30 years at Ceylinco, she has held a number of senior positions, holding responsibility as CEO of The Finance and other non-banking financial institutions, in addition to housing and property development companies. She has been instrumental in the resurrection of a number of failed financial companies, and has also been a pioneer in developing real estate and property development activities, including flagship projects

In his capacity as Credit Manager, he initiated the first-ever leasing company, project financing and venture capital and hire purchase schemes for consumer durables.such as a Lotus Grove and Barnes Place Residencies.

Mr. A. Daniel Jegasothy, a Director of several affiliated companies of Ceylinco, has contributed in many ways to the development of the group, in both local and international affairs. His vas knowledge of the business world and his mastery over legal matters has made him on of Ceylinco's success. As an Attorney-at-law and a Notary Public, he has been attached to Ceylinco Consolidated since 1974.

Mr. K. A. S. Jayatissa

A Chartered Accountant and a Chartered Secretary by profession with a BSc Management special Honors Degree from the University of Sri Jayawardenapura, he joined the Ceylinco Consolidated in 1990 and has contributed immensely to the group in Taxation and Finance related issues.
His years of experience at the Auditor General's Department and the Ceylinco Group counts for his success in tax advisory service and sound financial management. Currently, he heads a multidisciplinary team, which is specialized in taxation, financial consultancy, Secretarial, human resources and fund management.

Mr.Hiran K De Silva

Mr. De Silva has over 18 years experience in financial management, project finance & both investment banking.
He has been exposed to both banking and non-banking finances during his tenure at Sampath Bank & Central Finance Co. Limited Mr.De Silva was the General Manager of Ceylinco Securities & Financial Services Ltd. During his period the company was accredited as a Primary Dealer in Government Securities.
Currently Mr. De Silva is the Executive Director of Ceylinco Shriram Capital Management Services Pvt. Ltd, which specialises in fund management, Corporate Finance & dealing in fixed income securities, Ceylinco Leasing, Ceylinco Shriram securities, Technologies and is a Director of Ceycom Global Communication.
